Turbo2do is a task management app built around the idea of private bilateral task lists — shared, private task lists between you and one other person. Beyond that, it also works as a full-featured todo app with kanban boards, calendars, habits, goals, and reporting.
A bilateral list is a private, shared task list that only two people can see — you and the person you create it with. Think of it as a dedicated workspace for tasks between you and a colleague, friend, or family member. No one else in your organization or network can view or access it.
Turbo2do is currently a web application optimized for desktop and tablet browsers. A dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android is on our roadmap and coming soon. In the meantime, the web app works well on mobile browsers.
You can create multiple calendars in Turbo2do — personal calendars for your own events, shared calendars linked to a bilateral list (visible to you and one other person), or space calendars shared with an entire team. Each calendar has its own color and can be toggled on or off in the sidebar.
Each calendar type has its own separate limit. On the free Starter plan, you get 4 personal calendars, 2 bilateral (shared) calendars, and 1 space calendar. Pro and Business plans offer unlimited calendars across all types.
Not directly. Calendar types are set when you create them. If you need to share events with someone, create a new bilateral or space calendar and recreate the events there. We recommend keeping personal calendars for private events only.
Yes! Any task with a due date will automatically appear on your calendar alongside your events. You can toggle task visibility on or off using the "Tasks" button in the calendar toolbar.
A private list is a bilateral task list shared between you and one other person. Only the two of you can see the tasks in it. It is the core feature of Turbo2do and is designed for 1:1 collaboration — great for manager/report relationships, project partners, or personal accountability.
No. Each bilateral list is completely private to the two people in it. If you have lists with Alice, Bob, and Carol, none of them can see each other's lists. Your personal tasks are also private and not visible to anyone else.
Go to the People page in the sidebar, click "Add person", and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation to join Turbo2do (or connect with you if they already have an account). Once they accept, a bilateral list is automatically created between you.
A space is a shared project board for teams. It has kanban-style stages (like To Do, In Progress, Done) and lets multiple people collaborate on tasks together. Think of it as a lightweight project management tool within Turbo2do.
Only the members you invite to a space can see it. Spaces are not visible to anyone outside the member list. The space creator can add or remove members at any time.
The free Starter plan allows you to create 1 space. If you need more, the Pro plan offers unlimited space creation. You can still be a member of spaces created by others regardless of your plan.
Go to your Profile page and click on Pricing, or navigate directly to the Pricing page from the sidebar. Choose the plan that fits your needs and follow the checkout process. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to your Pro or Business features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Starter plan.
Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted. However, you won't be able to create new items beyond the free tier limits (e.g., no more than 4 private lists, 2 goals, etc.). Existing items remain accessible but read-only if they exceed your plan's limits.
Only you can see your personal tasks. For bilateral lists, only you and the one other person in that list can see the tasks. For spaces, only invited members can see tasks. Turbo2do is built with privacy as a core principle.
